Marisa Albanese
Marisa Albanese was born and lived in Naples (1947 - 2021) .
Drawings, sculpture, video and photography are the languages she used in her installations.She has exhibited in numerous public and private venues both in Italy and abroad and has realized sculptures on public commissions. Visioni contemporanee alla Certosa, Certosa di Capri, 2016; Doble Cel, Centre of Contemporary Art Casal Solleric, Palma de Mallorca, 2015; Fuori dal giardino, Museo Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes, Naples, 2014; Combinato disposto, Torre Guevara, Ischia, 2014; Cosa ferma le altalene, Studio d’arte contemporanea Casagrande, Rome, 2012; Un battito d’ali, Studio Trisorio, Naples, 2012. In 2014 she worked with a group of young people at risk from the Scampia district in Naples. She has realized artistic projects with migrants on the island of Lampedusa
